Leveling Agents

The iSuoChem® leveling agents are mainly used to solve the problem of coating (Ink) film defects.

The flow and leveling additives includes polyether-modified siloxanes and acrylic additives:

1. Improve the surface condition of coatings/inks, including eliminating pinholes, craters, fisheyes, orange peel, and other application defects; enhancing system leveling and surface smoothness; some products also enhance gloss and brightness.

2. Strong compatibility. Level agent is suitable for mainstream coating/ink systems including solvent-based, powder-based, water-based, solvent-free, and UV-curing types; compatible with primers, topcoats, varnishes, industrial paints, automotive coatings, inks, and many other application scenarios, and exhibits good compatibility with various resin systems (does not affect interlayer adhesion or reduce gloss).

3. In addition to leveling, some levelling agents also improve surface smoothness, scratch/friction resistance; have built-in defoaming function while enhancing substrate wetting; and possess defoaming, emulsifying, and antistatic properties.
